A major remodeling project has give Katie's a refreshing new look and feel! New décor, chairs, table tops, dining counter, tiling, hostess stand, wall coverings and carpeting combine for a modern yet comfortable atmosphere. Valentine's Day Dining Specials
$5.99 Giant Hamsteak & Eggs
Katie's hearty signature special is a $5.99 Hamsteak and Eggs plate. The hamsteak is giant, your two eggs can be any style, and this "challenge-to-eat-it-all" breakfast also includes hash browns and toast – it's an overflowing plateful and an incredible value at just $5.99.
Loaded Pancakes!
There's a $4.99 "Loaded Pancakes" special in Katie's every day in February from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. Three large pancakes are topped and cooked with the item of the day, then stacked and served with maple syrup and whipped butter!
Daily $5 Lunch Special!
Katie's offers a $5 lunch special seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Check the board at the entrance to Katie's for each day's special.
Katie's February Dinner Specials
Katie's, the Carson Valley Inn's 24-hour restaurant, features a different high-value dinner special each night from 2 to 10 p.m. (11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Mondays)
- Mondays, Katie's offers a Beef Enchilada and Two Chicken Tacos served with Spanish rice, refried beans and salsa for just $5.99 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Tuesday night's special is Prime Rib Dinner including twice baked potato
and soup or salad:
- Half Pound Prime Rib: $7.99
- Three-Quarter Pound Prime Rib: $10.99
- Full Pound Prime Rib: $13.99
- The Wednesday special is Chicken Parmagiana served on a bed of pasta with marinara sauce, garlic bread and Parmesan cheese plus choice of soup or salad for $6.99.
- Thursdays, Katie's serves Roast Turkey Breast with mashed potatoes, giblet gravy, stuffing and soup or salad for $7.99.
- Fridays in February, Katie's offers a Captain's Platter with breaded shrimp, battered white fish and clam strips – served with cole slaw, French fries, tartar sauce, cocktail sauce and lemon for just $9.99.
- Saturday's feature is Sautéed Shrimp with garlic cream sauce served over fettuccine pasta with garlic bread stick and soup or salad for $9.99.
- Katie's Sunday special is "The Chandler" Chicken Dinner including southern fried chicken with mashed potatoes and cole slaw for $5.99.
