FOOD SERVER - CV STEAK

Description:	Responsible for selling and serving food and beverages to guests.
Requirements:	1-3 years previous food serving experience is a must. Excellent customer service skills required. Must be at least 21 years old.
Shift:	Swing shift, part-time. Weekend and Holiday work required.

 

HOST/HOSTESS – CV STEAK

Description:	Promptly and courteously greet and seat guests and answer incoming phone calls for reservations.
Requirements:	Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Shift:	Swing shift, part time. Weekends and Holidays required.

 

DRIVER

Description:	Drive company vehicles including SUVs, Mini Bus and others.
Requirements:	Valid Nevada Commercial Driver's License with a clean DMV record. Able to sit/drive for extended periods of time. Must have excellent customer service skills and be at least 21 years old.
Shift:	Varied shifts. Weekend and Holiday work required.

 

POKER FLOOR SUPERVISOR

Description:	Oversee Poker Room shift operations.  In charge of spreading poker games, banking procedures and directing Poker Room shift employees.
Requirements:	2 years experience preferred but not required.  Excellent customer service skills required.  Must be at least 21 years old.  Gaming card required.
Shift:	Swing shift. Weekends and Holidays required.
