Bell Desk/Valet Attendant | $15hr + tips
The Bell Desk/Valet Attendants provide exceptional valet parking services by safely and efficiently moving guest vehicles to a designated location and assisting them with their items and inquiries in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner.
- Welcome guests to the property
- Promote positive guest relations by projecting a courteous, helpful attitude and assisting guests
- Safely drive/park/retrieve all types of guest vehicles (including automatic or manual transmissions)
- Load/unload/store/transport guest luggage
- Answer guest questions and provide information about the hotel, casino, restaurants, entertainment, etc.
- Show willingness and effort to work as a team
- Must be at least 18
- Must have valid Nevada driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and listen attentively
- Ability to deal with customers and co-workers in a tactful and respectful manner
- Ability to maintain physical stamina and proper attitude
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place heavy objects
- Ability to move at a speed that is required to respond to work situations (i.e. walk, jog, run)
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Must be available to work weekends and holiday
